1. Product description CW Arc cylindrical worm reducer adopts single-stage worm reducer, which meets the national standard GB9147-88. This standard has reached the international level in the 1980s. The worm shaft speed is no more than 1500r/m,ambient temperature -40â??~+40â??,when the ambient temperature is below 0â??,before starting the lube must be heated up to above 0â??;when the ambient temperature is above -40â??,you must be take cooled. The worm shafts can rotate both CCW and CW. Technical parameters: Imput power: 0.39-189 KW Output torque:107ï¼?43500 N.m 2. Characteristics  1). Improve the processing accuracy, help to produce the best lubricant film, improve the meshing condition, improve the fatigue strength of the tooth surface, prolong the service life.  2). The meshing curvature of convex and concave teeth is smaller (the radius of curvature is larger), which reduces the contact capacity and improves the bearing capacity.  3). The output shaft bearing spacing is larger, which is beneficial to improve the output stiffness and transmission stability, without additional supporting bearings.  4). Simplify the structure, reduce the volume and improve the mixing capacity of the long shaft.  5). Easy to assemble and repair. 3.
