Coir logs or Cocologs are non-woven, made from coir fibre bunches under pressed condition in tubular enclosures of coir mesh netting. They are mainly used for vulnerable streams, rivers or Lake Bank. For high embankment areas with a variable water level, several Cocolog can be applied as stack. -Helps in stabilization and revegetation of sites which are instable due to waves, current or steepness. -Promote plant growth and microbial activity -As made from 100% biodegradable organic material, they are eco-friendly and provide a physically stable substrate for root growth. -Provide a filtration system and are non-toxic to the s oil.
