Coconut Husk Chips

This Medium Grade is mostly made up of coconut husk chips/fibers ranging in size from 1/4" to 1" and may have irregular shapes other than cubes. Excellent for incorporating into ornamental plants mixtures. To make your own orchid mix, combine coconut husk chips with bark, charcoal, perlite, Hydroton clay media, or other porous media.100% organic and natural Coco coir chips works well as a potting mix. The advantage of using coco coir and coco chips in your potting mix is that you do not need to use additional materials like perlite or vermiculite for drainage. This potting mix by itself work very well for growing a wide variety of container plants like flowers, vegetables, fruits and herbs.
