The approximate quality specifications of our hardwood charcoal from lab test is as below: Carbon min 75- 80 % Ash max 2 % Volatile 12 % Humidity max 8 %Clean, Product type; Stems and branches, not roots Moisture content: max 8 %, Granulation: 30-160mm, max. No Unburnt pieces, no other material. Charcoal will does not contain inadmissible additions such as fossil fuels, coke, glass, metal, stones, etc. As a matter of sustainable fair trade practices, uncontrolled and indiscriminate felling of both mature and nearly mature trees is out of the question so all are packaging carries the label sustainable produced.
