Bondioli & Pavesi 5 Series Pto Shaft Replacement

5 Series PTO (Power Take-Off) Shaft is a kind of driveline shaft typically employed in agricultural machinery for transferring power to tools like balers, mowers, and sprayers. This 5 Series designation refers to the capacity and size of this shaft with a maximum horsepower of 130. This allows it to be used with more powerful and larger equipment. Five Series PTO Shaft is composed of high-quality components such as high-quality steel or aluminum alloy that ensure its long-lasting durability and capability to stand up to the extreme torque and rotating forces created by the machine. This 5 Series PTO Shaft includes safety features like the safety shield that protects the rotating shaft to avoid contact with parts of the body during the process. This helps ensure safe operation and lowers the chance of injury to employees. Regular inspections and maintenance on the five Series PTO Shaft is essential to ensure safety and effective operation. Examine the shaft for signs of wear, damage or corrosion. You should replace worn or damaged parts as required. Overall it is the 5 Series PTO Shaft is a solid and long-lasting component, which is employed in agricultural machinery for transferring power between the tractor and the implements. The standard size and capacity, as well as safety features, endurance, and maintenance requirements, make it a sought-after and reliable option for farmers and agricultural workers. #5 Series PTO Shaft Parts Five Series PTO (Power Take-Off) shaft is a driveline element that is typically used in agricultural machinery in order to transmit power between the tractor and equipment. It is a 5 Series PTO shaft is made up of a number of components that work together to transfer power safely and efficiently. These are the major components of five Series PTO shaft: Tractor Yoke This, or the tractor yoke, is the piece which is attached on the tractor PTO output shaft. It is made up of six splines which are in line with the spline count of the tractor PTO output shaft. Security Shield Safety Shield: PTO shaft shield acts as a covering that surrounds the rotating PTO shaft to avoid contact with body parts while operating. The safety shield is a vital safety element that helps avoid accidents. Implement Yoke This yoke, which is a PTO shaft implementation, also known as the yoke, is the one that connects to the shaft of input for the implement. It also has six splines which correspond to the spline count on the shaft that is used to input into the implement. Cross and Bearings The PTO shaft's cross-section and bearings are elements that allow the PTO shaft to move and move when the implement and tractor move separately. The cross is connected to the tractor with the implement yokes. The bearings permit the cross to move. Locking Collars They are the PTO shaft lock collars that fix the bearings onto the PTO shaft. They stop the bearings from shifting off-center in the course of the operation.
