This is an automatic PVC cylinder making machine designed for round tube packaging of gifts, food, toys, chocolate, and electronic products. Model CN-200TF performs a full automatic process including feeding, preforming, fixed positioning, glue spraying, drying, forming, and cutting, all controlled by a PLC computer. It can integrate an ultrasonic sealing function as a two-in-one option alongside glue bonding. Tube dimensions such as diameter and length are adjustable. The machine handles materials including PVC, APET, and PETG. Forming speed is 50 pcs/min via ultrasonic and 60 pcs/min via gluing, based on 100 mm per piece. Forming height ranges from 10 to 4000 mm, material thickness from 0.15 to 1.0 mm, and forming diameter from 60-200 mm (ultrasonic) or 30-200 mm (glue). Control is via PLC touch screen. Overall dimensions are 4200 x 800 x 1700 mm (L x W x H). It features photoelectric tracking for precision cutting, synchronous punching for holes on both cylinder sides, and can co-operate with model HY-200H for an automatic production line.
