Movable Wall Feature: Our movable and operable partition system accessories are custom for each client and project,and they are also made of superior material.Track system for right-angled configurations with cross- roller carriers for element weights up to 500 kg. Support rollers in the junctions guarantee easy operation when sliding the elements across intersections. Accessories specification: Operation:Partitions shall be top supported, manually operated panels stacked in an area nominated in the plans. When closed, the operable wall shall provide a complete sound retardant barrier. No floor track shall be used. Track: The tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminium. The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. Aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track. Aluminium trim: The panel trims will be standard series with exposed Aluminium trims of 10 mm thickness finished in 6063 - T5 Anodized Aluminium shall be used. Panels:The Panels will be made from 12mm MDF boards and shall be 100mm thick and 1230mm maximum width, made to the appropriate acoustic rating and structural backing and mounted in full perimeter extruded aluminium frames with interlocking corner construction .The panel faces shall be finished with selected material. Panel Surface Finish:The panel surface will be as per the clients requirement finished either in Sliwal factory â?? China or by others . The normal finish such as:laminate,veneer,melamine,fabric etc. Seals: vinyl seal of butane rubber will be used as top and bottom and as well as closure seals for the operable wall system.Retractable seal drop will be 23mm. Advantages: Environmental protection and light material. Top hung system without the need for a floor track. Retractable top and bottom seals ensure effortless movement of panels. Concealed or exposed panel edge profiles. Numerous panel stacking options for complete flexibility. Extensive range of surface finishes available, easy construction and transportation.
