Both models use a Taiwan computer control system and Japanese imported servo motors. The machine structure includes camshaft, feed shaft, rotary shaft and an optional take-up shaft that can run synchronously. The cam section has eight groups of sliders, cams and camshafts, with the cam plate fixed on the rotating shaft and adjustable forward and backward. Mechanical actions cover extrusion, stamping and forming. The feeding system sits horizontally at the back with two sets of feeding bobbins; the US-20 uses a single pair for wire of 1.0 mm or less and additional pairs for larger wire. Computer control sets wire length with a minimum feed unit of 0.01 mm. The rotating mandrel rotates forward and backward, and a curling device on the slide enables multi-rotation in both directions. The US-20 machine can produce all kinds of tension spring.
