The qualified round steel bars used for Grinding Steel Balls have the good hardenabiltiy and physical properties.A steel with low hardenability is poor steel and affect the quality of grinding steelballs. The production process is using the upset forging and rolling. The balls undergo the heat treatment of one quench and twice temper.  As a result, the grinding balls 150mm has a better inner structure and toughness to improve the grinding efficiency and reduce the grinding balls consumption.
