Vavimex Co., Ltd. is based in Viet Nam and offers wood pellets, rice husk pellets, cashew nut shell liquid (CNSL) and a bio-diesel refinery system on Global Trade Plaza. The wood pellets are made from 100% Melaleuca plant with maximum total moisture of 10% (AR), maximum ash content of 2.5% (ADB), gross calorific value of 4.600 Kcal/kg on a dry basis, diameter of 6-8 mm and length of 32-40 mm. Rice husk pellets are produced from 100% purity rice husk with no chemicals, 8 mm dimension, maximum 10% total moisture, maximum 13.2% ash content, sulfur content below 0.01% and gross calorific value up to 4,200 kcal/kg. The cashew nut shell liquid is described as a pure, natural by-product of the cashew industry containing anacardic acid, cardanol, cardol and 2-methyl cardol, with specifications including maximum 1% impurities, maximum 1% moisture, minimum iodine value of 250 G/100g, minimum gross calorific value of 9,500 Kcal/kg, minimum pH of 7, maximum density of 0.96 Kg/L at 25°C and maximum 1% ash content. The bio-diesel refinery system is a 40-foot containerized unit that processes non-edible plant oils such as CNSL and coconut oil into bio-emulsion fuel or purified oil for use in boilers and conventional generators.
