Semi-husked coconuts are sourced from Pollachi, Thanjavur and other areas in Tamil Nadu along the Western Ghats. Each coconut weighs 450–650 grams, measures 90–110 mm and has a light brown or white colour. Parboiled rice comes from mills in Manachanallur using paddy from the Cauvery delta region across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. It is available as year-old or fresh, fine polished grains in multiple grades and varieties such as Sona Masoori and BPT, packed in 25 kg non-woven bags with customisation possible.
