Tricoconesia is an Indonesian company listed on Global Trade Plaza that supplies desiccated coconut products. The company offers three grades: Desiccated Coconut High Fat Medium Grade, Desiccated Coconut High Fat Fine Grade, and High Fat Desiccated Coconut Fine / Medium Grade. All products are prepared from sound, fresh raw coconut in-shell that is husked, cracked, pared, washed, ground, blanched, dried, and sieved to macaroon specification before packing. The products share common specifications including a white color reasonably free from yellow specks, mild fresh coconut flavor and aroma with no off-odor, maximum 3.0% moisture, total fat content of 65% ±5%, free fatty acid (as lauric) maximum 0.15%, and pH of 6.0 to 6.6 in 10% dispersion. Packaging options include 7 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg, and 50 kg polyethylene-lined multi-layer kraft paper bags.
