The selection includes square cut cassia, split cassia, whole cassia sticks, powder cassia and broken cassia. All items are described as originating from Vietnam and dried by sun drying. The square cut cassia is offered in Grade A with a thickness of 1.5–2.5 cm and width of 3 cm × 3 cm. Split cassia comes in lengths of 30–45 cm, width 1.5–2.5 cm and thickness 0.8–2.0 mm. Whole cassia sticks measure 10–12 cm in length with a subrounded shape and minimum 6% oil content. Broken cassia pieces are 4 cm and longer, width 1.5–2.0 cm and thickness 0.8–2.0 mm.
