Star Est

Star Est is based in Saudi Arabia and lists used rail scrap and steel billets on Global Trade Plaza. The used rail offering covers R50 and R65 grades with a stated available quantity of 60 million metric tons. Both products are quoted on a CIF basis with minimum order quantities of 1,000,000 MT for used rail and 300,000 MT for billets. Payment terms specify a confirmed letter of credit at sight via MT 700. Inspection is permitted after the buyer provides a letter of intent and a bank comfort letter or proof of funds.
