Sathayam International is based in India and lists paper straw production equipment on Global Trade Plaza. The range includes the Cfxg-5002 high speed paper straws machine, a material machine for various straw diameters, and the CFFQ-50 small paper slitter rewinder. The Cfxg-5002 model handles three paper layers, inner diameters of 5-12 mm, wall thickness of 0.3-1 mm and a stable speed of 1-40 m/min. It uses a servo motor synchronism tracking cutting system with five online multi-blades and requires 1-2 operators at 0.6 MPa air pressure and 380 V power supply. The material machine produces straws in sizes such as 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm, with PLC control, variable frequency speed regulation, touch screen interface, numerical multi-blades cutting and servo synchronous tracking. Its body and main spare parts are made of stainless steel. The CFFQ-50 slitter rewinder offers an unwind width of 410 mm, maximum unwind diameter of 500 mm, rewind diameter of 450 mm, minimum slitting width of 13.5 mm and speed of 1-100 m/min with closed-loop tension control and photoelectric deviation rectifying.
