Realco Power Projects is an India-based company listed on Global Trade Plaza. It offers generator container type canopies, standard canopies and acoustic sandwich panels for noise control applications. The generator container type canopies are built for 500 kVA to 2100 kVA sets. They use 1.6 mm CRCA sheet metal for the outer body, doors and louvers, a 2 mm MS C-channel and square pipe structure, 100 mm thick rockwool at 96 kg/m³ density, and a 20 ft × 8 ft × 9 ft footprint with a two-coat spray paint finish. The standard canopies feature 65 mm thick modular panels formed from 2.3 mm mild steel with rockwool infill and galvanised perforated inner sheet, designed to meet CCOE/CPCB regulations and achieve 70–75 dB(A) at 3 metres. The acoustic sandwich panels are perforated metal absorbers available with 2" or 4" glassfibre or rockwool cores, powder-coated in any RAL colour, with NRC values of 0.8–0.95 for use in generator rooms, factories, auditoriums and similar spaces.
