PT Pylar Industri Prima (Pylar Charcoal) is a coconut shell BBQ charcoal producer based in Central Java, Indonesia. We carbonize Indonesia's abundant coconut shells into clean-burning briquettes for grilling and hospitality markets. We focus on what buyers actually care about: consistent cube & hex shapes, briquettes durable enough to survive shipping, and honest specs. No mixed wood or fillers — 100% coconut shell with a tapioca starch binder only. Our ASTM-method lab certification is in progress. Until then, we let our samples and internal test results speak: ~2.5h burn time and a 1m drop-test pass. We work sample-first and welcome OEM / private label orders, subject to capacity.
