The Arabica beans are produced in Gayo at altitudes of 1200-1700 meters, processed using the semi-washed method, and carry cupping notes of caramel and chocolate. The Robusta beans come from Sidikalang at altitudes of 700-1100 meters, processed with the honey method, and show cupping notes of chocolate, palm sugar, and fruity tones.
