The coconut shell charcoal is described as a greener alternative to hardwood charcoal, harvested from 100% sustainable natural resources, with ash content up to 3%, moisture up to 10%, fixed carbon at least 70% and calorific value of at least 7000 kcal. The oleoresin is a mixture of resin and essential oils obtained by supercritical fluid extraction (SCFE) using CO2 from raw materials such as fruit, seeds, leaves, skin, rhizomes and logs, and is made according to request. Essential oils are also extracted using the SCFE CO2 method with no residue, inorganic salts or microorganisms, using the same range of raw materials and produced to order. Herbal powder consists of dry natural raw materials — fruit, seeds, leaves, bark, rhizomes and logs — processed and ground into fine grain, made according to request. Agarwood oil (CO2 oil/oleoresin) is sourced from Kayu Gaharu (agarwood) in Indonesia, using the tree bark and wood as plant parts, supplied as condensed extract or oil extract and made according to request.
