PT. Dua Sekawan Nusantara is based in Indonesia and lists cocoa beans, coffee beans, cocoa powder and printing paper on Global Trade Plaza. The cocoa beans are Forestero variety with humidity at 7.5% maximum, waste at 2% maximum, moldy grains at 4% maximum and a count of 83-100 beans per 100 grams. They are free from strange odors and insects and carry Rainforest Alliance/UTZ and USDA-EU Organic certification, packed in Grainpro bags and gunny sacks. The coffee beans are Arabica Grade 1 sourced from Gayo, Indonesia, with a stated supply capacity of 50 MT per month and packed to international standard. Two cocoa powder grades are offered: one with pH 7.05%, fat content 10.25%, fineness 99.88%, moisture 3.5% and microbiological limits including total plate count below 3 CFU/g, yeast below 50 CFU/g, mould below 50 CFU/g, and negative results for Enterobacteriaceae, E. coli and Salmonella; the other grade shows pH 7.52%, fat content 10.89% with the same fineness, moisture and microbiological profile.
