The Gracilaria grade has moisture of 15–20%, foreign matter up to 0.3%, and packed in 50–70 kg press or bulk sacks. Both seaweed products have a minimum order of 25 metric tons. Vanilla planifolia beans are listed at 16–23 cm length, 5–7 grams per stem, air content of 30–40%, and vanilla content of 2.5–3. Carrageenan is supplied in 25 kg sacks.
