Plospan is World leader in the production of animal bedding and has a smaller department to produce woodpellets. We produce 2 types, pinewood woodpellets and mix woodpellets.(80% pine and 20% beach, oak and some mixed hardwood) The Company was founded more then 100 years ago and is still going strong as one of the largest family Companies in Holland. As the demand for sustainable energy is growing the demand for certified energy product is also growing. Plospan has the most important certifictions for the woodpellets at hand like ENplus A1, DIplus A1, PEFC, BSL and Better Biomass. We deliver small bags, 10kg, 12kg, 14kg and 15kg as well as bulk delivery to power plants and other large Biomass users.
