To carry on the business of processing, cutting, polishing, grading, valuing, and refining gemstones for commercial sale and distribution locally and internationally. 3. To operate as dealers, brokers, merchants, and distributors of mined gemstones, including acting as agents or representatives for miners, traders, and international buyers. 4. To establish and maintain gemstone collection centres, trading outlets, showrooms, and online platforms for retail and wholesale sales. 5. To provide consultancy, valuation, certification, supply, and logistics services in the gemstone and mineral resources sector. 6. To undertake all ancillary activities necessary for the effective execution of the company’s gemstone trading operations. To engage in the sourcing, processing, packaging, and exportation of agricultural products and cash crops, including cocoa, coffee, cashew, sesame, ginger, and other permitted produce. 2. To carry on agro-commodities trading, including aggregation, storage, and supply of farm produce to local and international buyers. 3. To operate facilities for cleaning, drying, grading, and preserving agricultural products for export. 4. To undertake export logistics and obtain all required certifications and regulatory approvals for agricultural exports. 5. To engage in general contracts and general merchandise, including the supply of goods, services, and execution of projects as permitted by law. 6. To do all such things as are necessary or incidental to achieving the above objects.
