Mohutato Aily Nusantara

Mohutato Aily Nusantara is based in Indonesia and lists smoked dried fish on Global Trade Plaza. The product originates from Gorontalo and is produced using fresh fish that is cleaned, sorted by size and weight, headed and split on request, then smoked in three sessions at approximately 70–100 °C for a total of 4–6 hours.
