The product range includes pre-painted steel coils, galvalume steel coils, galvanized steel coils and high-strength steel plates. The pre-painted coils use galvanizing steel, galvalume steel or cold-rolled steel as base metal and are offered in thicknesses of 0.15–1.0 mm, widths of 600–1250 mm, zinc coating of 20–100 gsm, paint coating of 10–20 µm on the front and 4–8 µm on the back. Galvalume coils are hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy coated with 55% aluminium by mass and are supplied in the same thickness, width and zinc-coating ranges. Galvanized coils are continuously hot-dip zinc coated and share the identical dimensional and coating specifications. High-strength steel plates are described as having high strength, good weldability, notch toughness, uniformity, clean surface, good workability and a wide range of sizes, with applications in bridges, offshore structures, gates, penstocks, civil engineering and industrial machinery.
