Marfrig Global Foods S.A. and BRF S.A., two of Brazil's largest food companies, have completed a significant merger, forming a new entity called MBRF Global Foods Company S.A., which combines their extensive animal protein, beef, pork, and poultry operations. In Brazil, BRF S.A. has 38 production units, 28 distribution centers, and four animal feed factories. We operate in 117 countries as a global food company, built on a multi-faceted and fully integrated platform with annual revenues of R$160 billion, a production capacity of 8 million tons per year, and services to over 425,000 customers, ensuring simplicity, flexibility, and efficiency. We export products from Brazil to five continents, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, BRC (Food Products), and HACCP/HACCP (HALAL) certifications.
