Masaya Llp is based in Kenya and lists sheep meat, goat meat and cow meat on Global Trade Plaza. The sheep meat is offered as fresh chilled or vacuum-sealed frozen product with a shelf life of up to 21 days at 0°C to 4°C for chilled and up to 12 months at -18°C or below for frozen. Cuts range from whole carcasses to primal cuts such as shoulder, leg and rack, and can be customized to client preferences. The goat meat is also available fresh chilled or frozen under the same temperature and shelf-life parameters, with whole carcasses or custom cuts and vacuum-sealed packaging. The cow meat follows the same fresh and frozen options and includes primal cuts such as sirloin, tenderloin and ribeye, along with custom cutting. All three meats are halal certified according to Islamic slaughtering practices.
