We are Mumbai based company of 44 years standing manufacturing tailor made finished mechanical items & assemblies from Forging, Casting and Fabrication. We specialize in manufacturing Container Spreader Twist Locks for various container handling cranes like : STS, RMQC , RTGC, RMGC, etc. including Reach Stackers like : Kalmar, Cargotec (Indital), Hyster, Linde, Kone, SMV, PPM, Terex, Fantuzzi and other makes. We have manufactured more than 5700 twist locks of different makes so far, averaging around 500 nos. per annum. We are regularly exporting twist locks to Vietnam (for various reach stackers) and UAE for port cranes. We have manufactured Head Block Twist Locks (SWL 37.5 T, test load 75 T). All twist locks are supplied in ready to fit condition with full certification. We manufacture twist locks for both OEM & replacement usage. We have developed many twist locks successfully from old samples, where drawings are not available or they are out of production of the OEM. As the material & hardness of all twist locks are standardized, we keep the forged, heat treated blanks ready. As the order arrives, we start machining and deliver maximum within 2-3 weeks (duly tested in all aspects). The salient features of our manufactured twist locks are : 1) Single piece Drop Forged construction from Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel (standardized for all twist lock applications). 2) Special heat treatment for guaranteed impact strength of 27 J -20° C. 3) Various destructive testing like :Tensile & Impact & non-destructive testing like : Ultrasonic & Magnetic Particle. 4) 100 % proof load tested at double the Safe Working Load and certified by a competent person under " Dock Workers' Regulations Act, 1990 " of India. 5) 100 % MPI tested after proof load test. 6) Normal life in excess of 75,000 container lifts.
