The company's production site is located in Opochka, Pskov region and since 1993 it specializes in manufacturing high quality products from fresh forest and garden berries and fruits. The factory uses wild berries from ecologically clean regions of Karelia, Pskov, Vologda and Novgorod regions to manufacture our products. After purification, berries are pressed in a specially designed press, which prevents the juice from oxidation. Then, the juice is poured hot (at 92 ° C) in glass bottles and hermetically sealed, then there is a forced cooling process. In this way, we manage to achieve a long shelf life (nectars - 2 years, morses - 1 year, ) without preservatives and sterilization. Pasteurization is done in a special way, which provides preservation of all natural vitamins, minerals and microelements. The main difference from competitors is the technology of direct extraction of the juice of berries, whereas competitors, for the production take concentrated raw materials, which certainly affects the taste, aroma and richness. We are interested in the quality of our beverages and high estimation of the final customer. All our products are made in accordance with the requirements of GOST.
