Hym Steel

Hym Steel is based in South Korea and lists stainless steel and carbon steel tubular and flat products on Global Trade Plaza. The range includes stainless steel seamless and welded tubes, carbon steel heat exchanger tubes, stainless steel quarto plates and coils, stainless steel precision strips, and carbon steel pipe to API 5L Grade B. Stainless steel seamless tubes are offered as precision tubes (OD 6 mm to 31.8 mm) with BA or EP surfaces for semiconductor and pharmaceutical use, heat exchanger tubes (OD 12.7 mm to 50.8 mm) in austenitic and duplex grades, and coiled tubes (OD 6 mm to 25.4 mm) in austenitic grades. Welded tubes cover precision tubes (OD 6 mm to 38.1 mm) with BA surface after cold drawing and TIG welding, and process pipes (NPS 1/2" to 8") with AP surface. Carbon steel heat exchanger tubes run from OD 12.7 mm to 50.8 mm with optional varnish and include ASTM A213 T1, T2, T9 grades plus U-bending and finned versions. Quarto plates are available in 6 mm to 80 mm thickness in austenitic, ferritic and duplex grades, with coils and sheets in the same grades. Precision strips span thickness from 0.1 mm and width from 10 mm with 2B or BA surfaces, aimed at cannula and flexible tube applications. A stock of 64 pieces of 16" Schedule 80 LSAW pipe to API 5L Grade B is also listed, originating from Korea with MTC documentation.
