The broiler chicken is supplied as a completely natural product with 100% halaal certification sourced from multiple Indian warehouses. It is washed and clean, without yellow skin, feathers, bad smell, blood, bruises, black pads, deep wound traces or ammonia burns. Moisture content is stated as less than 1%, with drainage at 0 to -5°C for 8 hours, blast freezing at -40°C and storage at -18°C. Birds are available in various sizes, with 1 kg to 1.5 kg per piece noted as common, packed in 10 kg carton boxes with PE cover; 2,700 cartons (27 tonnes) fit a 40-foot container held at -20°C during transit. The table eggs come from the company's own poultry units holding 50,000 layer birds producing approximately 49 to 50,000 eggs per day. Eggs are certified by the Animal Husbandry Department of India and tested for bird flu, salmonella and other contaminants. Each large egg weighs 50–55 g; eggs outside this range or that remain dirty after cleaning are rejected. Cleaning uses hydrogen peroxide approved by the Department of Agriculture, India. Graded eggs are placed in waterproof pulp trays of 30 eggs each, then coded with production and expiry dates using food-grade ink as per importing-country health rules.
