The product is supplied as frozen blocks measuring 400x600x150, frozen at age w 5 and intended for food and feed production. The crickets originate from Finland and are bred in Lithuania. They are raised on a grain-based, 100 percent plant-based feed that is soy-free and contains no fish meal, animal-derived ingredients, GMO or soybean. Stated composition per analysis shows protein 18.4 percent, fat 8.68 percent, ash 0.665 percent, dry substance 30.4 percent and humidity 69.6 percent.
