The Black Figs are sourced from Bursa, Turkey, a region with a geographical indication certificate, and are described as large, aromatic, very sweet, with a blue-purple exterior and pink interior. They are sold fresh with the peel on, no pesticides are used during production, and only minimal chemical agents are applied. Available sizes include 16, 18, 20, 22, 25 and 27. The Organically Grown Pomegranates are the Hicaz variety from Turkey, described as not too sweet and not too sour. The growers are certified.
