Denyyakub

Denyyakub is an Indonesian company listed on Global Trade Plaza offering herbs and spices, including nutmeg masala and green cardamom. The nutmeg masala is a blended, dried product with a brown and grey color, a shelf life of two years, and HACCP and ISO certifications. It is processed using an AD drying process, has a minimum purity of 99%, a size range of 8 mm to 10 mm, moisture content of 7% to 13%, protein of 8.1 g per 100 g, carbohydrate of 10%, and a maximum admixture of 1%. The cardamom is supplied in round, white and green pieces, dried and packed in 25 kg PP bags or other packaging as requested, with a supply ability of 100 metric tons per month.
