Al Steel Group

Al Steel Group is based in China and lists hydraulic equipment and welding machinery on Global Trade Plaza. The welding portfolio covers friction welding machines in several capacities. A 500-tonne model handles cylinder rods and drill pipes up to 250 mm welding diameter, with a maximum forging force of 5000 kN, spindle speed of 700 r/min and total power of 150–200 kW. Smaller units include a 20-tonne machine for 10–33 mm diameters with adjustable spindle speed up to 2500 rpm and a 32-tonne model for aluminium-copper welding up to 55 mm diameter, 320 kN upset force and 55 kW main motor.
