Getting Started

  • Step 2: Click on 'GlobalPay' Option
  • Step 3: Enter the currency and amount along with Buyer details in “GENERATE PAYMENT LINK”.
  • Step 4: Copy & Share the Payment link generated to Buyer via email, chat, WhatsApp
  • Step 5: Upload the proof of shipment in Tazapay Dashboard -: https://app.tazapay.com/signin and you will receive funds in your bank account within 48 hours.
  • Note:
  • 1. Proof of shipment may include an air waybill or bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin.

All Global Trade Plaza Premium Exporters can avail this service except for Exporters dealing in Pharmaceutical products.

Transaction fee is fixed at 1.8% (3% for Pharmaceutical Sellers) of the complete amount or USD 250 whichever is lower. Transaction fee will be deducted from the Total Amount Received from the buyer and then will be transferred to Seller’s Bank Account. Please note if a Seller opts for settlement in USD, an additional $15 Payout charges will be levied once per week on Payout day. No additional charges if a Seller has opted for settlements in INR.

Once you generate the link, The Tazapay team will approach you for the following KYC documents or you can yourself email these documents to [email protected] and globaltradeplaza.com/payments

For sole proprietorship:

  • 1) Gst number / Gst document
  • 2) Proof of ID (National id/ Passport)

For Partnership business / LLP:

  • 1) Gst number / Gst document
  • 2) Partnership deed./ document displaying contribution by partners.
  • 3) Proof of ID.(National id/ Passport) for all partners.

For Private limited company:

  • 1) Business registration and incorporation documents./GST certificate.
  • 2) Document displaying the share structure and director/officer list.
  • 3) Ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) information and ID proof ( Persons who hold 25% or more shares in the entity. are the UBO'S, id proof accepted are Passport or National ID).

Additional Documents required Only for Pharmaceutical Sellers-:

  • 1) License to sell pharmaceuticals.

Please Note: KYC is a one-time process which will be done just at the time of First Transaction only.

Click on the link https://app.tazapay.com/forgotpassword and enter your Email id registered with Global Trade Plaza. You will receive the reset password email from Tazapay, Kindly enter a new password and use that to Login to your Tazapay Dashboard -: https://app.tazapay.com/signin .

Once Buyer transfers the money to Tazapay, You will have to upload proof of shipment in your Tazapay dashboard - https://app.tazapay.com/signin. Credentials to Login in Tazapay Dashboard will be shared by Tazapay over mail. You will receive funds in your bank account within 48 hrs after uploading the proof of shipment. Proof of shipment may include an air waybill or bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin but must include valid tracking id of parcel.

By Default, All the payments will be settled in USD to the Seller.

If Seller wants to receive the money in USD, he can raise a request with [email protected] and globaltradeplaza.com/payments .

Yes, Tazapay will provide FIRC to the seller free of cost within 45 days of the payment release when Payment is released in USD to the Seller.

No, Tazapay on Global Trade Plaza supports only International payment.

After you upload the proof of shipment. Payment will be transferred to your bank account within 48 hrs.

Transportation charges are mutually decided between Buyer & Seller.

Foreign Exchange rate on the “Payment Release Date” will be applicable to the Amount received by Seller in their bank account.

There is no minimum or maximum limit for Export payment.

Login to your Tazapay Dashboard-: https://app.tazapay.com/signin to know your payment status. You will also receive Confirmation Email when Buyer pays using your shared link.

Credit and Debit card Payments are reflected instantly in Dashboard whereas Bank and Wire Transfers can take upto 3 days (Maximum) to be reflected.
